Dejond has a large stock of sheets, tubes, rods and profiles in aluminiumcopperbrassbronze and stainless steel. Ready to be processed to the needs of your project. This all takes place in our own Metal Service Centre.

You can use the centre for small or larger quantities of metal customised to your needs or treated. Buying a full length or sheet is not necessarily required. We saw and cut the metal to the required dimensions, possibly even while you wait. Folding, punching, milling, bending, plastification, coating or anodization are also among the options. We only process and treat metal that we have purchased ourselves. Come along or ask for a quote using our webshop!

Together with our R&D team and suppliers, we guarantee technical, application-specific advice and a solution to meet your needs. Special custom-made fastenings are available on request.

Our product specialists also join up with the supplier and customer to together develop automation projects customised to your needs for specific applications.

Tubtara® blind rivet nuts customised to your needs

We develop and produce Tubtara® blind rivet nuts under our own EN 9100 certified production in Wilrijk. This work is done fully according to your specifications to offer a solution for practically any application. Our research and development team is standing by for you. 

Our ‘specials brochure’ includes a number of additional functions and properties as possible solutions for specific application requirements. We do not deliver Special Tubtara® blind rivet nuts from stock but on request.

Online quotation and order

You can order metals and building systems from stock online using the Dejond webshop. Select your products and quantities and the system calculates the best price. The webshop for fastening systems and Tubtara® blind rivet nuts is still under construction. A little patience please. We will keep you informed!

 

Customised quotation

In some cases you can only request a quotation and not place an order. This is the case for articles for which we cannot calculate the optimal price for you using the webshop. You can put that article in your shopping basket. You will then receive a quotation instead of a placing an order. The application arrives with our internal staff. You then receive an email with a quotation that you can confirm or otherwise.

Delivery inside the Benelux

  • Deliveries from stock: guaranteed within 48 hours
  • Articles not in stock or those requiring processing/treatment: the delivery period will be communicated as soon as possible
  • You receive an order confirmation after ordering with the mention of the delivery period and delivery method

Transport costs

Transport costs depend on the length, width and the weight of the complete order. Costs are automatically calculated according to the weight and size of the package. We cannot specify a fixed price. Everything depends on what is in the shopping basket.

Transport costs also differ by country (Benelux). We send your products using our own transport or UPS to get the contents of the package to you as quickly and safely as possible. Long parts cost more than short parts – it is sometimes less expensive to have metal sawn into parts. From 500 kg free delivery in the Benelux!

How much does transport cost?

We want to keep the cost as low as possible, so after placing your order account is taken of the length, width and weight of everything in your shopping basket. This is the basis for finding the cheapest transport (small package, large package or one’s own transport). You then see the cost. There is no dispatch cost for very large orders (heavier than 500 kg).

The transporter was here but I wasn’t at home

That’s a nuisance. If it was a small package delivered by UPS, UPS will bring it again or it will be dropped off at a local collection point. If however it was a large package supplied by UPS or our own transport, you will have to pay the transport costs a second time. This is necessary to cover the costs we also had to incur. 

 

Service costs

For customised sawn parts the following applies:

  • Extra sawing costs are only calculated when putting in the shopping basket
  • The sawing costs are calculated depending on the thickness and the number of parts ordered
  • We make every effort to keep service costs to a minimum

FAQ

How much does sawing a profile, tube, bar or sheet cost?

The cost is calculated when you add an article to your shopping basket because we want to keep the cost as low as possible. The cost depends on the time we need for sawing. Thicker parts take longer, while with a number of parts the setting cost is lower. 

 

Can I cancel or change an order?

In view of the short delivery periods we use, cancelling or changing an order is only possible to a limited extent. When your order has gone into production, cancelling or changing the order is no longer possible. With any cancellation or change, please contact our customer service as soon as possible and at the latest within 24 hours.

Can I return an order? '

When purchasing products you have the option of cancelling the agreement without giving a reason for 14 days. This period of 14 days starts on the day of receipt. Obviously you must treat the product and packaging with care during this cooling-off period. The product may only be unpacked so far as to be able to assess if you want to keep the product or not, so the product can be returned undamaged in its original condition. For fastening systems and Tubtara® it also applies that the original batch number must be present on the closed box. Any costs of returning the product are paid by the buyer.

The above-mentioned right of cancellation does not apply to products specially made for you customised to your needs or according to your specifications.

What if your product was not compliant with your order or was delivered damaged?

If you establish damage on delivery, mention this on the transporter’s documents then contact our internal staff. If you establish damage later, but within a reasonable period of three days, immediately contact our internal staff. With non-compliant products or complaints about a delivery, also immediately contact the internal staff.

 

Ordering online

You must always pay for online orders beforehand unless you are a business customer. Only then can you come and collect your products or have them delivered. You cannot put articles for quotations in your shopping basket so also not pay for them online. Make arrangements with our internal staff for this. You can complete your online order with one of the following payment methods:

Business customer

Are you a business customer and do you have a business account? You can order online and your terms of payment have been agreed beforehand with our internal staff. When you come to collect your order you can pay in the following ways:

  • Bank transfer in advance or according to the agreed terms of payment

  • VISA
  • MasterCard
  • Payconiq

From June 1st, 2022, it will no longer be possible to pay in cash when collecting your goods.

If you still have unpaid and/or overdue invoices it is possible that:

  • You cannot complete your online order: contact our people from the internal staff
  • You must pay for goods in advance
