EN 9100 certified
Dejond Fastening Systems and Tubtara® blind rivet nuts have set this quality policy in stone in a quality management system. On the request of the aviation industry, in 2014 we upgraded the existing ISO 9001 quality management system to the higher EN 9100 level. EN 9100 certification covers the development, production and sale of Tubtara® blind rivet nuts and the distribution of high quality fastening systems. This certification helps us meet the most stringent of requirements set by our customers, while strengthening our position in the aviation industry.
We continuously invest in quality controls and audits. We use the findings to assess the effectiveness of our system and identify opportunities for improvement. The quality management system helps us to achieve our objectives by taking specific action and implementing improvements.
Sustainability is in our DNA
At Dejond quality is inextricably bound with sustainability. Both are in our DNA. The whole Dejond team puts every effort into rising to the green challenges of the future. We are aware of our social and ecological responsibilities and we strive for a balance between the economic, social and environmental aspects. Safety is also one of the core values in our daily policy.

- Limiting energy consumption with a reduction of CO² emissions through energy-saving measures
- Rationalising waste material flows by waste prevention and far-reaching separate collection and processing, with re-use as the priority
- Stimulation of economic use of raw materials and additives such as water, paper, fuel, etc.
- Restricting discharges into the sewer to only domestic waste water
- The creation of a framework and consensus for the environmental policy

Dejond has also put a unique system in place for recycling copper and brass turning and milling waste, which can also be used for smaller quantities. In the Netherlands we work with our partner ENF Metaal for this.
